- Letter to Henry VI from John, Cardinal Archbishop of York, stating that although Thomas Brodelegh, who had escaped from Wakefield prison, had sought sanctuary in the parish church of Wakefield, he had been removed from there by force and taken to York castle gaol. He asks the King to send his letters to the appropriate people, to return Thomas to the church from which he was taken.
