Nature of request
Inquisition held at Wycham on 26 May, 15 Edward II (1322), finding that Roger de Mortimer of Chirk violently disseised William la Zouche of Ashby of his manor of Elmley Lovett, because he adhered to the King in the late disturbances, and took and carried off goods, chattels and rents to the value of 100 marks, and that the manor is in the King's hand with Roger's other lands and tenements.
