Nature of request
[The end of this document is faded and partly illegible.] List of names of those who, together with the whole community of Cyfeiliog and Caereinion, resisted the delivery of the lands and tenements, goods and chattels to Roger Tromwyn and Joan his wife, and stated that they would not attourn themselves to the Tromwyns or to anyone else for any order of the King or of anyone else until they have a command . . . from the King at parliament . . .
