[Petition in 2 parts].1) Ferran requests that his institution to the church of Puymirol made to him by the seneschal of Gascony and the constable of Bordeaux and received and instituted by the bishop of Agen be confirmed if it was made before the king's presentation to Gausbert Boefvyle, as he has been greatly troubled in his possession to his great damage.2) Ferran requests that the seneschal of Gascony be commanded that the process on this made by the bishop of Agen be put in execution, and he remove the impeachments made by Arnold de Boefvyle against Ferran, and constrain him to answer to the constable of Bordeaux for the issues of the church for the previous two years.

The petition is dated to c. 1333 on the basis of entries in the Gascon Rolls that date to March 1333, that concern the petitioner and this church, though these do not seem to relate to the complaint made in the petition (C 61/45, m.9).
