[Petition in 3 parts, the whole petition being only partially legible.]1) Nowers requests the king's aid concerning the provision of armour for the troops that he has been commanded to array.2) Nowers makes a further request concerning the arraying of troops.3) Nowers makes a request concerning the charges, expenses and troubles [that he has incurred], making reference to Harcourt and his failure to execute the commands of the king.
