Nature of request
The Beches and Stanton request that the co-heiresses of Edmund Comyn be restored to their estate in the manor of Fakenham Aspes of which he had been enfeoffed as a feoffment has been made in deceit of the king's court [whereby they are held out of their inheritance].

Let the escheator be commanded that he enquire of all the acts contained within the petition, and when the inquisition has been returned before the king, let it be viewed and the charters mentioned in the petition inspected, let justice be done.
