Nature of request
Tutbery and Terry request a commission to enquire on the coast and throughout Yorkshire as to whether the goods and merchandises that were taken in a Scottish ship by the men of the earl of Arundel, Percy and the men of Hull and Newcastle was wrongfully partitioned before it came to port, and they are to certify what they find in Chancery.
