[The petition is damaged and a portion of the right-hand of the document is missing].Rous requests that he be delivered from prison since he was taken in the company of Lady Despenser though he was not guilty of anything.Memorandum that on 14 April at Cokeford a writ of the king was directed to the constable of the Tower of London [to have the petitioner] before the king in Chancery in the morrow of St George next.
