The abbot and convent request that the justices assigned to settle a dispute between the abbot and convent and the bailiffs and commonalty concerning claims to certain liberties be commanded to come to a final discussion and determine the disputes, or that they command the parties to cease their disputes until the king returns from overseas, and also grant letters to the bailiffs and commonalty to stand by the decision of the justices, or to cease their disputes until the king's return.
