Dun requests that the chancellor be commanded to make a writ of corpus cum causa directed to the sheriffs of London for the petitioner to make him appear before the chancellor where the causes of his imprisonment be determined in relief of his poor and small estate as he has been imprisoned at London to his great damage and disseisin at the wrongful suit of Pylcher.
