The tenants request another remedy as Hord and Selmon came before the king to request a remedy against the malice, destructions and oppressions of Bruyn, and they were granted a remedy, but Bruyn, the Masseys and Walsshman came and killed Pleyley and chased the people into the town and they dare not leave the town.
