Nature of request
Vyle and Pee request a writ be sent to Berkeley to have all the record and process of the court of the admiralty of the west concerning the seizure of their boat by Hore before the king for the king's award and that they are able to have delivery of the boat together with the costs and damages as they have given their final answers against Hore and still cannot have delivery, and they and their companions have spent all that they have because of the delay.
