- Golye requests letters to Lopynford commanding him to deliver to her all her charters, evidences and muniments, and all the lands and tenements of her inheritance which he still wrongly detains from her, and that he be summoned before the king on a certain day to show the reason for his actions. He took Golye's charters from Ladde, in whose keeping she had placed them and has sold some of her land and detains the remainder, and he is of such power that she cannot sue for them without the king's aid.
