The petitioners request that the earl of Worcester, Maryell, Elyngton and Jankyns are pardoned their entry into the manor of Westbury and of their feoffment of Fitz Eustace and his wife with it. Fitz Eustace enfeoffed the earl of Huntingdon and Percy and the others with the manor with the intent that they would re-enfeoff him and his wife, but the earl of Huntingdon enfeoffed Shelley with the manor against the conditions of Fitz Eustace's feoffment. The manor became forfeit and should have forfeited into the king's hand, but Percy and the others entered it. They also request that the subsequent enfeoffment made to them and to Wolbergh's heirs made to them by the Fitz Eustaces be ratified and confirmed.
