Lancaster requests that he be granted all the manors, lordships and lands of the duchess of Ireland after she dies without heirs of her body, as the same were granted to her and the heirs of her body by Richard II, Lancaster holding from the king and his heirs for the services had due and accustomed without paying anything to the king and his heirs.
