Bechet requests letters of licence to go into the realm of France to treat with the duke of Berry and others detaining her inheritance along with certain of her servants. The duke holds the castle of Gency from her in the duchy of Guyenne and is bound to Bechet to pay the issues from the castle and lands and from all the other castles and lands of Says which they had when Guyenne was in the obedience of the prince of Aquitaine and which have not been paid and are in arrears for 3 years, she being greatly impoverished.
