Bowet and Rempston request an order to Denys, Harburgh, Rome and Cranebourne to whom the king has entrusted the keeping of the goods and chattels of Tutbury, to deliver them or sufficent of them to meet an obligation which Bowet, Rempston and Tutbury made to the executors of More for a sum taken from More for the use of the king's household when Tutbury was treasurer of the household, as Bowet and Rempston are pursued by the executors to their great damage and cost.
