Nature of request
Janesson requests that the chancellor be ordered to deliver his ship which has been in the service of the merchants of London, but was arrested for the king's use after its last return and remained under arrest for 10 weeks without wages, and after it was released it was again arrested by the allegation of Lounde without any reason. Despite requests to the chancellor he cannot have delivery without the king.
