Arsemedy requests letters patent to John Hull charging him to make restitution of the bars of iron belonging to the merchants of Spain and on which that had letters patent to Michell directed to the people of the fleets of Bristol, Plymouth and Dartmouth to deliver full restitution of the bars of iron taken from them from a barge of Plentza and a barge of Laredo, but the mayor, Haule and Corpe and others did not wish to obey or comply with.
