Talbot requests that the king will grant him by his letters patent that he is able to have livery of all the castles, manors, lordships, vills, lands, tenements, rents, services, franchises, liberties, chases, parks, warrens, knights' fees, advowsons, courts, jurisdictions and other liberties so that he is better able to serve the king as he is of such poor estate. He asks this notwithstanding that he is still within age.
