Ughtryd requests that she be granted a writ to make Fenrother, Rudston and Constable come to answer as to why she should not have a reasonable part of the goods, chattels, lands and tenements whereof she can have her sustenance as they came to her late husband's manor and mansion at Kexby and removed all the goods and chattels and entered all his manors and lands, and will not give her any of the goods and chattels nor her dower
