Nature of request
The prioress requests that Kirby be commanded to pay the rent and arrears to her for the manor of Capel. They have held the manor from time out of memory, but it came into the hand of the king's father by the forfeiture of Shelley, and he granted it to Kirby who has withdrawn the payment.
