The petitioners request letters of the privy seal to the mayor and bailiffs of the of Southampton charging them to deliver their ship to them, and to allow them to sell their merchandises and return home with the merchandises bought in England, and if the ship is no longer at Southampton that they have letters of commission for the arrest of the ship wherever it can be found. They were coming to England with their ship charged with wine, but were seized off of Falmouth being mistaken for Scots.
