Martyns requests the grant of letters patent of restitution to him directed to the mayor, sheriffs, admirals, bailiffs, masters of ships, barges and balingers to make restitution and delivery of his ship with all its equipment, freight and all other goods and armour pertaining to it which was seized by the fleets of Bristol, Dartmouth and Plymouth and taken to Bristol, previous orders having been ignored.
