- Darell and the other petitioners request that the chancellor be commanded to do right to them concerning the manor of Mardale. They, along with Deal and Wotton, were enfeoffed with the manor by Shirwynd, and they were seised of it until they were ousted following a commission held by Lygon and Lee that found that the manor was held by Shelley on the day that he forfeited, though Shelley had no interest in the manor.
