The executors request that the sheriffs of London be commanded to duly amend the complaint that the executors have made and long sued against Harringay, and that Harringay be arrested to personally come before the sheriffs to answer as to why he should not pay the obligations in which he is bound to them. They have been long delayed in the plaint.
