- Earl Maurice requests an exemplification of the rolls and that right be done to him as his father was granted various liberties in Kildare and the office of sheriff in Co. Kildare by the king's father and he died seised of it, and the petitioner as son and heir was seised until it was seized into the king's hand by Ufford for no cause upon which a writ was sent to the justice of Ireland of the cause of the taking which was returned.
