Nature of request
[A series of 4 responses:]1) It is agreed that the fine on Mountflour's account be viewed and patents be made on what is found due on it.2) Concerning the £1,000, William Pouche is to be spoken with to know how much he wishes to charge of the sum in discharge of Mountflour, and the remainder is to be rebated on the debt that Mountflour owes the king.3) Concerning the sum paid for the archers, he should show his warrant and the letters of Dartefeld attesting the receipt and he should have an allowance.4) Concerning the acquittance it is agreed that he should have a respite until Easter, and in the meantime the chancellor and treasurer should speak with him and take information so that they are able to do what is best for the king.
