Writ of Edward III to the sheriff of Norfolk and Suffolk ordering him to warn Felbrigge to be in Chancery in the quinzene of Easter next to show if he knows any reason why the passage between Herringfleet and Haddiscoe should not be taken into the king's hand and restored to Loudham.
Nature of endorsement
[On face:]By petition of parliament; Spaigne.[On dorse:]The sheriff states that he has warned Felbrigge.Loudham made Middleton his attorney and the parties came at the day and a new date was agreed on the octave of Holy Trinity and again to the quindene of Michaelmas and to the quindene of Easter etc.
