The earl requests that the king will grant the first benefice that becomes vacant and is of the king's gift to Pyard.

Memorandum that this bill was delivered to the chancellor by the king, and he ordered him to provide Pyard to the benefice, and the bill was delivered to the chancellor at Sandwich on the last passage of the king.
