The Carreus request that the manor of Balymaclythan be granted to them and to Thomas's heirs as it is in the king's hand by forfeiture as Leonard de Carreu was not resident in the county in accordance with the ordinance made at Guildford, since Leonard de Carreu was in the king's service in Aquitaine in the company of the earl of Pembroke where he was killed.
