- Malerbe requests that the king will grant him the profits and emoluments of the temporalities of the commandery of Bordeaux during the war as they are occupied by a brother of the same order but a Frenchman who is residing in the obedience of the king of France. Malerbe has been ejected from his commandery of Baigneaux because of the war and because he would not swear an oath of fealty to the king of France.
