- Gunny requests that he be pardoned for the death of Constable as he has been indicted for the death though following an argument Constable had pursued him to kill him, and Gunny had only been saved by the intervention of his servant when Constable was killed. Twyer and others affix their seals to attest that the death was not his desire.
