Gurdoun and Guilliam request that the seneschal of Gascony, Pomers, Mountaunt and the castellan of Bergerac be commanded that they repair the petitioners' damages and restore to them the payments that they received from the petitioners during their captivity and for Guilliam's house which they seized. They were taken by Amanyo and Daunseran and held at Nadaillac in such distress that they were forced to make a payment, this being within the last truce.
