- The petition is dated to? 1370 as although the petitioner was granted 2 parts of the manor of Street, the reasons given in the patent roll entry refer to the grant being during the minority of the heir of John de Leyham, and no mention is made of any forfeiture, though it does not seem likely that there was too much time between the date of the patent roll entry and the petition (CPR 1367-70, p.360).
