- The petition is dated to c. 1383 as Robert and Joan Rous were pardoned for acquiring the land on 30 January 1383, and also received a licence to enfeoff the petitioners and others with the land, though it not clear how long after this that the petition was presented (CPR 1381-5, p.231).
