Nature of request
Writ of Richard II to the sheriff ordering him to take White, Newark and Boston, and have them before the king on the Monday next after the feast of St John ante portam latinum.
Nature of endorsement
Argam ordered the return of the writ to Grimston, Fenton and Butimonde to make execution separately and they have answered:White and the others were not found within their liberties after the receipt of the writ.Argam responds that White and the others cannot be found in his bailiwick outside of the liberties after the receipt of the writ.
