Nature of request
Elizabeth, late the wife of Gilbert de Elesfelde, requests remedy on her longstanding complaint to the council regarding the restoration of the manor of Drayton. She states that the manor was held jointly be her and her husband of the gift of Burghfeld and Steventon, and leased to Rose, but he leased it to Alice Perrers, and the manor is now in the king's hands following Perrers' forfeiture.

Let this bill be sent to the chancery, and call the king's sergeants and others and hear the reasons of the parties and let right be done.
