- John de Kirkeby states that he was presented to the prebend of Highleigh in the cathedral church of Chichester, and held this for a long time until he was ousted by Pobelewe, who had been presented by the king. He requests that Pobelewe be summoned to appear and show the right by which the king made the presentment, and that the presentment be annulled and he be restored to his possession.
