The petitioners state that they were seised of certain property in Hampton and Sutton (both in Chelmarsh) and Aston Rogers in Shropshire by virtue of an enfeoffment by Peshall and his wife. However, they have been ousted by Hugh Mortymer, to whom the king has lately granted custody of the lands of William, son and heir of Henry Mortymer, who is an idiot, supposing that the keeping of all these lands belongs to the king.
