John Elyngham requests that he be granted possession of a fishery called Audestell in the River Tweed in Berwickshire. The king has confirmed Edward III's grant of this fishery to Hull, in the same terms as it was held by Ferrariis, but Hull has now agreed with the petitioner that it should be transferred to him.
