- As noted on the guard, the petitioner is probably William Bukbrigg, who was confirmed in this prebend on 3 November 1388. John Chaundeler, later Bishop of Salisbury, was confirmed as prebendary of Netherbury earlier that year (CPR 1385-9, p.414), but this is not specified as 'in terra', and may be a different prebend (Netherbury 'in ecclesia').
