- Richard Sprigg requests that the king summon Okele before him and examine the details regarding a debt of £6 which he owed to Okele. He states that he entered an obligation to make payment to Okele, but before the day on which payment was due Okele had him arrested and imprisoned until he agreed to enter another bond before the mayor and constables of the Staple for £12, as surety for payment of the original £6. He then refused to accept payment of the second half of the original £6 on the due date, and now demands payment of the £12 bond.
