John, Earl of Salisbury requests the enrolment and recording of the tenor of a decision made by the king regarding a dispute between John Montague, his father, and his uncle, the late Earl, by which a bond of £10,000 made before Walleworth be returned, all other bonds cancelled, all legal processes withdrawn and all payments made by the petitioner's father to the late earl be restored to the petitioner as heir.
