David Wogan requests that he be pardoned the payment of two parts of the profits of his lands, notwithstanding the ordinance regarding absentee landholders, as he was chosen as an ambassador of the people of Ireland in the last Dublin parliament to report to the king, and therefore remained in England and Calais until Michaelmas 1396.
