Nature of request
The petitioner (not specified, but presumably either Meryet himself or someone on his behalf) requests the repeal of an assize of novel disseisin brought by Gourney against Meryet, as Meryet is accompanying the Earl of Salisbury on the king's embassy.
Nature of endorsement
On 3 October in the king's twenty-second year, the king granted this bill and delivered it to Edmund, Bishop of Exeter, his chancellor, in his chamber in London in the presence of the Duke of Aumale, for him to issue letters accordingly.
