The petitioners request that they be restored to their possession of the manor of Carnaby, which they had been granted for six years by Robert de Percy, who held it of Eleanor, wife of Henry de Percy. The sheriff has taken it into the king's hands as Robert de Percy held Wharram Percy of the king in chief.

Have a writ to the sheriff of Yorkshire that they be restored to their tenure according to the tenor of their agreement.
