- Dated on the guard to? c. 1290, with reference to a confirmation of these liberties granted on 12 February 1290. The handwriting would seem consistent with such a date, but that confirmation was made in consideration of the Barons' service in Wales, which is not mentioned in this petition. Another simple confirmation was made on 26 July 1313, and is also a possibility.
