Nature of request
The people of Cardigan request an abatement of the 150 marks which they paid to Tybetot and Clement, in order that they should appeal to the king for them regarding their excessive extent of 105 marks per year. The extent was made by Bray following the first war, and is now being levied from them, but this is excessive, and Tybetot and Clement have done nothing.
