Thomas de la Penne requests remedy, stating that he leased the manor of Chaddleworth to Newbury for a term of 21 years at certain rates, but Newbury then enfeoffed it to Vannoy against the terms of the agreement, and Vannoy sold parts of the manor, stole his goods and abducted his wife.
